Common questions

I am not getting the login link.

Check your junk mail. The link comes from Supabase and stays valid for one hour. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, ask for a new one.

Guards: do agencies see my name?

No. They see an anonymous profile. Your first name, your email and your phone number are sent to them only if you accept their offer. See "My profile".

Guards: I no longer want to receive offers.

In "My profile", uncheck "I am looking for a job", or choose how often you get emails, down to "Never". You can also delete your profile at any time.

Agencies: how long does verification take?

We check your licence in the BSP's public register, which can take up to a week. A change to the name or the licence number requires a new verification.

Agencies: a question about the subscription?

The subscription ($49 a month) lets you send offers to guards. It starts as soon as payment is made and renews every month. It can be cancelled at any time. For a payment problem, write to us with the date and the name of your agency. The rules are in our terms of use.

I want to report a profile or an abuse.

Agencies can report a profile directly from the list of guards. For any other abuse, write to us.
